What is Mother board

INTRODUCTION OF MOTHERBOARD:-
The motherboard connects all the parts of the computer together. The CPU, memory, hard drive, and other ports and expansion cards connect to the motherboard directly or via cable.
A motherboard is a part of computer hardware that can be thought of as the backbone of a PC, or as a more appropriate mother that holds all the parts together.
As the name suggests, a motherboard is the mother of all other parts. In other words, everything in the computer is connected to the motherboard.
All components are usually soldered directly to the motherboard.
The motherboard of a computer is also known as Main board MB (abbreviated), System Board, Baseboard, Main Circuit Board and even Logic Board.
The main function of the motherboard is to hold the computer's microprocessor chip and everything is connected to it. Everything that runs a computer or increases its performance is either part of the motherboard or plugged through a slot or port.
The size and layout of the motherboard is called the form factor. The form factor affects the composition of components and the computer case.
Each motherboard has a collection of chips and controllers known as chipsets. When new motherboards are developed, they often use new chipsets.
Popular motherboard manufacturers include ASUS, AOpen, Intel, ABIT, MSI, Gigabyte, and Biostar.
ROLE OR FUNCTIONS OF MOTHERBOARD:-
Component’s Hub: The motherboard acts as the backbone of a computer on which other modular parts are installed such as CPU, RAM and hard disk.
Slots for External Peripherals: The motherboard acts as another platform on which various expansion slots are available to install other devices / interfaces.
MOTHER BOARD POWER DISTRIBUTION:-
The motherboard is also responsible for distributing power to various components of the computer. Data Flow: The motherboard acts as a communication hub for all connected peripherals. All peripherals communicate or send / receive data via the motherboard and the motherboard manages the data traffic. BIOS: Holds Read Only Memory in motherboard, required to boot BIOS computer.
Thus the motherboard plays an important role in starting the computer. Motherboard components and their functions
PARTS OF A MOTHERBOARD:-
To understand how a computer works, you need to know every single part of the motherboard. However, it is good to know about some parts of the more important motherboard and how the motherboard connects different parts of the computer system together.
HERE ARE SOME SPECIFIC PARTS:-

DIMM (Double Inline Memory Module) slots, SIMM (Single Inline Memory Module) and RIMM, BIOS, CMOS Battery, Power Connectors, SATA connector, Cabinet connections, CPU Socket, PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) Slot, PCI express, etc.
HOW TO WORK:-
Computers power on to shut dawn all process done by mother board. When a user stores his information or data on his storage device, the data send to HDD or SSD by motherboard Because HDD connect motherboard.
MOTHER BOARD TYPES:-
Mother board type is bested on its CPU type.  Generally mother boards are two types
1         1.>AMD, 2.>  INTEL
